Payment is due on or before the renewal date.

Late payments may result in temporary suspension of your account until payment is received.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and billing information.

You are responsible for any content hosted on your website and must comply with all applicable laws.

Illegal content, spam, or malicious activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by submitting a written request (email or support ticket).

If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued.

Yearly hosting plans are non-refundable.

MyBeeHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violations of this agreement.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. MyBeeHost is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

6. Backups & Data

We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

MyBeeHost is not liable for any data loss caused by hardware failure, hacking, or user error.

7. Liability Disclaimer

MyBeeHost will not be held responsible for loss of revenue, data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
