Terms of Service Agreement for Mybeehost LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Mybeehost for web design services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services and Scope of Work

a. Mybeehost agrees to provide web design services as outlined in the project proposal and scope of work provided to the client.

b. The client agrees to cooperate with Mybeehost in providing necessary information, content, and feedback required to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.

3. Payment and Fees

a. The client agrees to pay Mybeehost the agreed-upon project fee according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract.

b. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in the refund policy.

4. Project Timeline

a. Mybeehost will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline. Delays caused by the client, including late content delivery or feedback, may impact the project timeline.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

a. Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final web design, excluding any third-party assets or software.

b. Mybeehost retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

a. The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project.

b. The client is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on project drafts and deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Project Changes

a. Any changes or additional work requested by the client outside the initial scope of the project may result in additional fees and an adjusted project timeline.

8. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of this agreement. In such cases, fees paid are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. Mybeehost will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the completed website.

10. Confidentiality

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

a. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation, and if necessary, through legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

a.Mybeehost reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

13. Entire Agreement

a. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal.
